Welcome!

Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems:

  • Are you wondering how to improve a relationship at home or at work?
  • Feeling sad, anxious, or overwhelmed with life?
  • Perhaps you are going through an especially challenging transition and need support and professional guidance?

Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

My practice specializes in supporting individuals and couples to have more fulfilling relationships and the experience of better connection to self and others.

"Neuroscience is showing us what we have known instinctually forever; that it is through nurturing relationships that healing and human growth occurs."

You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.

If you’re interested in becoming a better, happier, more fulfilled you, I’d love to work with you every step of the way.
